From signed estimate to lit-and-installed, a standard channel-letter set runs 4–6 weeks. Monument signs typically run 8–12 weeks because of permitting and footing cure time. Service calls are usually scheduled within 48 hours.

Yes. We file with Bay City, Palacios, Wharton, El Campo, Sweeny, and most surrounding jurisdictions. Permitting fees are passed through at cost on a separate line of your invoice.

Two-year written workmanship warranty on everything we install. LED modules and power supplies carry a separate 5–10 year manufacturer warranty (Sloan, GE, Principal). We come out free of charge inside the workmanship period.

Almost always. We service every major lit-cabinet and channel-letter brand. We will give you a written assessment before any repair work starts.

We ask for 50% to start fabrication on custom signs. The balance is due at install — never before. Service calls are billed after the work is complete.

Yes. Every lit sign we build ships with a UL 48 listing label and is wired to NEC code with disconnect.

We engineer monuments and pylons to local wind-load code (typically 130-150 mph along the coast). Channel letters are mounted with stainless fasteners into structurally sound wall material. No sign is invincible, but we build to current TX coastal code.

For projects over $7,500 we can refer you to two local Bay City banks that handle signage financing. We don't process loans in-house.

We regularly install across nine counties, from Houston metro down to Port Lavaca. Outside that radius we partner with a vetted installer rather than charging you the windshield time.
