Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Verbal estimates are for planning purposes only and are not binding. Final pricing is set on the signed proposal.
Custom fabrication projects typically require a 50% deposit at signing, with the balance due upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable once fabrication has begun because materials are cut to specification.
We file municipal sign permits on your behalf but cannot guarantee approval. If a permit is denied, we will refund the design fee less any engineering costs already incurred.
Written project warranties (five years on LEDs, two years on power supplies, one year on installation labor) apply to our fabrication and installation only. They do not cover vandalism, storm damage, or work performed by others on the sign after installation.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, our liability for any single project is limited to the total amount paid to us for that project. We are not liable for lost profits or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be brought in Monmouth County, NJ.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
