Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the town you're in, and the details of your project inquiry.
Automatic information. Like most websites, our web server logs standard information about each visit — IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps — for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies. We use one strictly necessary cookie to remember your cookie-banner choice. If you accept analytics, we also load a first-party analytics script that counts page views without identifying you personally.

To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote.

Who we share it with

Information you submit through the contact form is delivered to our email inbox hosted by our email provider. If your project moves forward, we may share your business address with our sub-installers, permit filers, or municipal building departments strictly to complete the project.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are retained for up to three years so we can reference past correspondence. Project records (invoices, drawings, permits) are retained for at least seven years to comply with tax and construction record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to (a) tell you what information we have about you, (b) correct anything that is inaccurate, or (c) delete your information (subject to record-keeping obligations). Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are directed to business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. That said, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy
